Eyeliner && Ginger

I am a 26yr old photographer, food enthusiast, makeup junkie and generally a bit of a geek. I adore cooking and creating new edible delights from the more traditional recipes or food I eat out. Mother Nature blessed me with an intollerance to dairy so most of my recipes use dairy substitutes. I also tend to prefer Vegetarian cuisine, although I have been known to wolf down a burger when tempted. I obsess over Indian, Chinese and Italian cuisines, experimenting with their influences. My blog is about the food and drink I create myself, order in restaurants or buy ready made from the supermarket. I don't measure when I cook, so it's hard to give a 'Recipe', but I will try if asked. Photography is all my own unless stated in the description.
